Call for Papers

The abstract should be limited to one page. Please refer to the Chinese and English abstract format examples. For those who wish to present in English, please write the abstract in English and upload it to the submission system

by June 30, 2025.

(1) Chinese Oral Presentation (General Presentation)

Participants in the general Chinese oral presentation must prepare their content independently. Presentations will primarily be conducted using slides.

(2) English Oral Presentation (General Presentation)

Participants in the general English oral presentation must prepare their content independently. Presentations will primarily be conducted using slides.

Competition Rules

Student Thesis Competition and Student Poster Competition

1. Student Chinese and English Oral Presentations🏆

Certificates and cash prizes will be awarded to winning papers in the final selection as an encouragement.

🥇The first prize will receive NT$3,000

🥈The second prize NT$2,000

🥉The third prize NT$1,000.

Three students will also be selected for honorable mentions. (Students may register for the general oral presentation, English short talk competition, and poster competition simultaneously.)

2. Student Poster Competition

The selected winning posters will receive one top prize, two excellence prizes, and seven honorable mentions, with certificates provided by the conference.

👑Popularity Award: The top three will be selected by all attendees, with each receiving a prize of NT$1,000.

3. English Oral Session

Submission Email for the English Short Talk, Poster Competition and English Oral Session ✉️

The submission email for the English short talk and poster competition is[email protected]

(1) Those wishing to participate in the English short talk or poster competition must send the registration form and a letter of recommendation from their advisor to the conference organizer's email ([email protected]). After the preliminary selection by the organizer, participants will be notified of the competition session details, completing the competition entry procedure.

(2) Those wishing to participate in the poster competition must send "Attachment 1, Registration Form" and the "Abstract in Word+PDF format (format as per Chinese abstract format)" to the conference organizer's email([email protected]). The email subject should be: 6/30_Poster Submission_Name. No hard copy is required. After the preliminary selection by the organizer, participants will be notified of the competition session details. On the day of the event, participants should bring their A0-sized posters (84.1 cm wide × 118.9 cm high) to the venue for display, completing the competition entry procedure.

Driving Directions

Driving time from Kaohsiung International Airport is approximately 60 minutes but may take up to 90 minutes during the rush hour.

Departing the Airport, turn right to Jhongshan Road. Drive north to link up with Jhongshan Highway.→ Exit at Rende Interchange and turn left for Dongmen Road.→ Drive as far as Linsen Road and turn right.→ Go straight to the University Road, turn left at the end.→ You will immediately see the hotel's entrance.

By Taiwan Railway (TRA)

After arriving at Tainan Train Station, exit through the rear station exit. The hotel is located next to the Far Eastern Department Store.
